Ensamble Cuishe-Barril

It's smooth and robust on the palate, featuring cooked agave and light smokiness. The herbal qualities of the Cuishe come through prominently, along with a wet stone mineralogy that evokes the Oaxacan soil. Notes: Slightly sweet and fruity notes, with flavors of pineapple and ripe pear, along with hints of black pepper and cinnamon.
